Luca Dinapoli
Naples-born fourth-generation Pizzaiolo Luca Di Napoli grew up in his familyβs Pizzeria restaurant and now brings you authentic Italian cuisine to Bondi Beach. His passion for cooking commenced at the age of 6, where he spent every afternoon in his familyβs restaurant learning the recipes and processes handed down from generations.
At 17, he commenced work for one of the most prominent Italian restaurant franchises in Europe known as "Fratelli La Bufala" During his six-year employment, he worked and traveled to Istanbul, Barcelona, London, and throughout Italy.
In 2013 he became the head pizza chef at Da Orazio in Bondi, where he worked until March 2018 before moving to the head pizza chef role at Matteo downtown.
Di Napoli Pizzeria is his first personally managed restaurant serving authentic southern Italian food focusing on fresh local produce.
Di Napoli Pizzeria brings the best Italian cuisine to the Bondi locals.
